Applications:
DINITROL 3624 is a solvent free corrosion preventive agent with low odour that gives a very good long-term corrosion protection. The material converts to a film after heat treatment and is 'through dried' with air after 24 hrs at 23°C.  
DINITROL 3624 is mainly used as cavity treatment in the automotive industry.  
DINITROL 3624 should be used in combination with heat treatment. In general the gelling process requires a material temperature of 80°C for a minimum of 2 minutes.

DINITROL 3624 is applied by airmix or airless spraying.
