Cromax CC6750 Ultra Performance Energy System Clear 1L

CC6750 is a high-performance clear coat developed with Axalta technology, designed for efficient repairs and automotive refinishing. It is part of the Ultra Performance Energy System, enabling fast drying at low temperatures and high throughput without the need to activate the Cromax Pro basecoat.

Main Features

• Easy application: Apply in 1.5 or 2 coats depending on OEM appearance

• Exceptional stability and filling: Covers dust and other imperfections well

• Fast drying:

  • 30–55 min at 20 °C (air)

  • 10–15 min at 40–45 °C (booth)

  • 5–10 min at 60–65 °C

• Excellent adhesion and durability

• Tintable with pigment concentrates

• Suitable for plastics with AZ9405 additive

Recommended Activators

• AR7701 – fast

• AR7702 – standard

• AR7703 – HT/HH

• AR7704 – slow

Application

• Medium pressure: 1.8–2 bar, nozzle 1.2–1.3 mm

• HVLP: 0.7 bar, nozzle 1.2–1.3 mm

• Coats: 1.5 or 2 (with or without flash-off)

• Final flash-off: 3–5 min at 20 °C

Special Notes

• Cannot be matted

• Must be used within 1 month after opening

• Elastification required for rigid/semi-rigid plastics

• Can be recoated within 24h without sanding

• For fade-out, use AZ9550 thinner
