CM 2K pre-fill spray 400 ml – HS topcoat TC-1

The ColorMatic pre-fill paint spray can is prefilled with propellant and specific additives and filled with the desired color shade using VitoMat filling machines. Innovative spray and valve technology ensure a fine wide spray pattern, high material output, constant pressure, excellent handling, and professional final result quality.

2K pre-fill HS Topcoat offers the highest quality in terms of gloss, drying, weather and petrol resistance.

Quality and Properties

Instructions for Use

Always read and observe the safety instructions before use!

Application

1. Clean the surface thoroughly with ColorMatic Silicone Remover (Art. No. 174 469) and sand.

2. Larger bare areas must be pre-primed with suitable ColorMatic primers.

3. Surface must be free of grease, dust and dry.

4. Shake the can thoroughly for 2 minutes.

5. Perform test spray.

Mixing component A with hardener:

• Remove the safety cap at the bottom of the can.

• Pull the pin using the enclosed ring until it stops – this activates the blade, piercing the wall of the aluminum cartridge.

• Rotate the can 360° to fully open the cartridge and release the hardener.

• Shake the can vigorously to mix component A with the hardener in the correct ratio.

• Shake the can thoroughly for another 2 minutes.

• Perform test spray.

Pot life: 24 hours (20°C)

Health and Safety Warnings

Ready-to-use coating systems containing isocyanates may irritate respiratory organs and trigger hypersensitivity reactions. Inhaling vapors and spray mist may cause sensitization. All measures for handling solvent-based coatings must be observed. Especially, spray mist and vapors must not be inhaled. Allergic individuals, asthmatics, and people prone to respiratory conditions must not work with isocyanate-containing products.

Tips for Spray Painting

• Protect objects and surroundings from overspray. Mask off parts not to be painted.

• For small areas, use a cardboard stencil with a hole slightly larger than the area to be painted, held about 1–2 cm above the surface.

• Bring the can to room temperature (20–25°C) before use.

• Ideal working conditions: +10°C to +25°C, max. humidity 60%.

• Store dry. Protect from sunlight and heat sources. Spray only in dry weather, sheltered areas, and well-ventilated rooms. Follow label instructions.
