Recommended for: Touch-up work and part painting
Suitable substrates: - metals. Pre-treat with a suitable primer beforehand in the case of high requirements in terms of mechanical stress and corrosion protection, and particularly in the case of critical substrates such as aluminum or galvanized surfaces.

- Various plastics. Check compatibility and adhesion in an inconspicuous place beforehand. If necessary, prime with a suitable plastic adhesion promoter.
Not suitable for substrates made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and blends thereof (e.g. PP/EPDM)
ATTENTION! Do not coat any safety-relevant plastic parts such as crash helmets.
Do not paint on substrates coated with synthetic resin paints.

The specification of the usability refers to an unused can when properly stored between 15 - 25°C and a rel. Humidity not over 60%. The can must be stored and transported upright, dry and protected from chemical and mechanical influences. The safety instructions on the can and all legal regulations of the storage location must be observed.
PROCESSING
Surface preparation: Clean the surface of dirt and grease, then derust. Treat any pore rust with rust remover. Fill and sand uneven surfaces. If no filling is required, spray on primer. Otherwise apply filler to the finely ground spatula surface. The repair area must be masked off generously beforehand. For larger areas, it is advisable to mask off the folds and edges of the body.
Sand the dried filler coat with P 400 sandpaper.
Painting: Before using the spray can, carefully read and observe the warning texts! Shake the can well for 2 minutes before use. Test spray, check colour. The spraying distance should be approx. 15 - 20 cm. Spray coats: 2 spray coats. Observe 5 - 10 min flash-off time between 2 spray coats. One spray coat corresponds to a dry film thickness of approx. 20 µm. Then spray the top coat in several thin coats at intervals of 3 - 5 minutes onto the dry repair area.
Further processing: Can be polished with commercially available polishes after approx. 6 hours of drying. Can be painted over with itself at any time. If required, can be painted over with commercially available 1K or 2K clear coats.
End of work: After finishing the painting process, turn the can over and spray the valve empty.
NOTES Tank is under pressure. Protect from temperatures above 50 °C.
