Description:
1K (ready to spray) Repaintable rubber coating against chipping. It provides a durable and flexible layer that protects against rust, water and salt. High quality, fast curing.
Product and ingredients: Dynacoat Antigravel
Basic composition: Mixture of synthetic resins
Suitable substrate: Original paints, OEM, raw steel, Galvanized steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, washprimers, polyester sealants, laminates, plastics.
Surface preparation: Clean and degrease the surface before application.
Viscosity: Ready to use
Spray gun, nozzle and working pressure:
Spray gun: Nozzle: Pressure: Drop: 4 mm 2-4 bar
Procedure: Shake well before use. Apply 2-3 coats and allow 5 minutes to air out between each coat at
20ºC. Topcoat can be applied after 1 hour of drying.
Film thickness: 100 μm per layer.
Theoretical coverage: 3½ m²/liter per layer.
Note: Practical coverage depends on several factors, including structure shape, surface roughness, method of use and application conditions
Tool Cleaning: Use Dynacoat Gun Cleaner or Dynacoat Thinner
Drying time: 1 hour at 20ºC
