Mirka Iridium SR Finessing Abrasive Discs are a premium finessing abrasive directed at the finest finishing stages of automotive refinishing and collision repair as well as vehicle and transport manufacturing.

Iridium SR abrasives feature excellent consistency and extremely long use life with its efficient silicon carbide grains. The triangular silicon carbide grains form new abrasive edges whenever they break down during the sanding process, prolonging the sharpness of the Iridium SR.

Featuring a stable and robust backing and efficient silicon carbide grains, it performs consistently on sanding clearcoat, top coat and lacquers as well as composites processing.

The slurry coating allows for a scratch pattern that is that is easy and fast to polish out and gives an excellent quality consistency. Iridium SR is best paired with Mirka’s ergonomic cordless sander, the Mirka AOS-B 130NV.
