Chromate Free Wash Primer-Surfacer 825R Off White is a universal, VOC-compliant 1K wash primer-surfacer. It is a versatile and chromate-free, and can be used as an etching or filling wash primer. Chromate Free Wash Primer-Surfacer 825R is available in ValueShade 2 (off white) and can be darkened to ValueShade 4 (medium grey) when required.


Product Features
Has very good corrosion and blistering resistance.
Helps to eliminate lifting, sand scratches and swelling.
Provides good filling properties together with excellent etching properties on metals.
Works with standard Cromax thinners.
Suitable for tinting with AM Centari MasterTints, up to maximum 5% by weight.
Can be coated with 2K surfacers or solventborne topcoats.
Helps to improve productivity.

P280 - Wear protective gloves. Wear safety glasses or a face shield. P210 - Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. No smoking. P261 - Avoid breathing vapour. P264 - Wash hands thoroughly after handling. P305 + P351 + P338, P310 - IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if worn and if they can be removed easily. Continue rinsing. Call a POISON CENTER or doctor immediately.
