DESCRIPTION
SikaTack® DRIVE (60 min) is an adhesive for replacing car windows with excellent application properties. It provides a minimum departure time of 60 minutes.
SikaTack® DRIVE (60 min) was tested according to FMVSS 212 with dummies (95th percentile).

AREAS OF USE
SikaTack® DRIVE (60 min) is intended for professional use.
This product and related application information is intended for automotive glass replacement. For other applications, tests must be performed on actual substrates and conditions to ensure material adhesion and compatibility.

Preparation of documents
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease, oil, dust and dirt.
Bonded surfaces must be treated with the Sika Black-Primerless or All Black installation procedure. Further information on the application and use of the pre-treatment can be found in the relevant product sheet.
Glass without ceramic coatings requires proper protection against UV radiation.

Application
SikaTack® DRIVE (60 min) can be processed between 5 °C and 35 °C (ambient and product), but changes in reactivity and application properties must be taken into account. The optimal temperature of the substrate and sealant is between 15 °C and 25 °C.

We recommend processing SikaTack® DRIVE (60 min) with pneumatic or electrically (battery) driven piston guns.

Note that the viscosity will increase at low temperature. For easy application, adjust the adhesive to room temperature before use.

To ensure an even thickness of the joint, it is recommended to apply the adhesive in the form of a triangular bead.

In hot and humid climates, the open time is significantly shorter. Parts must always be installed during open hours. Never install glass when the adhesive already has a surface skin.

Removal
Uncured SikaTack® DRIVE (60 min) can be removed from tools and equipment using Sika® Remover-208 or other suitable solvent. After hardening, the material can only be removed mechanically. Hands and exposed skin should be treated immediately with Sika® Cleaner-350H wipes or other suitable industrial hand cleaner, water.

Do not use solvents on the skin!
